Shipping conditions (Minis)

The Minis can only be delivered via the online shop within Germany and to Austria. Shipping to domestic or foreign islands is not possible.

I do not charge shipping costs for the Minis with standard shipping (excluding express shipping). Delivery is carried out by Deutsche Post/DHL, DPD or comparable shipping companies.

Domestic deliveries (within Germany) are made within 7-10 working days, while deliveries to Austria are made within 10-14 working days after receipt of the invoice amount. You will receive confirmation of the shipment of the artwork, including the tracking number. Delays due to external factors are beyond my control.

International deliveries

International deliveries outside the above-mentioned countries are only possible on request. Please contact me for further information.

Damaged goods / Lost parcel

The artworks are professionally packaged for shipping. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately at info@julia-mann.art. Please send me photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging so that we can find a solution. If your order has not arrived after 14 working days, please contact me. I will check the status with the shipping provider.
