Shipping conditions (Minis)

Shipping of my artworks (Minis) via the online shop is limited exclusively to delivery addresses within Germany. Shipping to German islands is not available.

Unfortunately, shipping to delivery addresses in other countries (particularly in European Union member states) is currently not possible due to packaging and distribution regulations.

I do not charge shipping fees for the Minis with standard shipping (excluding express). Delivery is handled by Deutsche Post/DHL, DPD, or similar shipping companies.

Artworks within Germany are delivered within 7–10 business days after receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation of shipment, including the tracking number. Delays caused by external factors are beyond my control.​​

Note for Customers from Abroad (European Union)

You are welcome to place your order by providing a German shipping address (e.g., through a German package pickup location or cross-border shipping service). This is subject to the condition that I deliver the artwork within Germany. Please contact me regarding this.

International Shipments (Outside the European Union)

International shipments outside the European Union may be possible upon request. Please contact me for more information.

Damaged goods / Lost parcel

The artworks are professionally packaged for shipping. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately at info@julia-mann.art. Please send me photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging so that we can find a solution. If your order has not arrived after 14 working days, please contact me. I will check the status with the shipping provider.
